purpose

The project process starts with the acceptance of the offer by the customer and ends with the follow-up support of the customer after a completed project. 
The aim is to integrate the customer into the structures and to achieve added value through increased efficiency. The project manager is primarily responsible for this process, as he represents the central interface to the customer.

  • Depending on the expected duration, integration into the customer's structure and work content, a distinction is made between project and BPO and a specific structure is set up in cooperation with the customer. The main criterion here is whether there is a classic project structure with a specific end or not.
