Process instruction for tool receipt

The procedural instructions for tool receipt ensure that purchased tools are properly received and stored in the resource database. This ensures a uniform overview of the existing tools and their maintenance. In particular, the maintenance of monitoring and measuring equipment is made possible via the equipment database.

• Responsibility: Project Manager

• If a new tool is delivered, it is assigned to a tool trolley and accordingly created in the resource database in odoo. This is categorized according to standard tools and tools that are subject to inspection. The serial number is entered in the database for the unambiguous identification of the tool requiring inspection.
  

• Responsibility: Project Manager

• If the tool is subject to mandatory inspection, it must be checked whether a current inspection seal is available.

• If this is not the case, a check is carried out using the maintenance process .

• If there is a current test seal, the next maintenance is scheduled in the equipment database.

• Responsibility: Project Manager

• Finally, the tool is properly stored in the corresponding tool trolley.
