purpose

The maintenance process represents the standard procedure for the maintenance of test-relevant monitoring and measuring equipment. It begins with the need for maintenance, which is scheduled via the equipment database. The end of this process is marked when maintenance has been completed.

It is thus avoided that a monitoring and measuring device does not meet the general quality requirements.

1. Commission  service provider and send tool

  • Responsibility: Quality Management Officer

  • A qualified service provider is selected for the tools to be maintained and commissioned with maintenance. The tool is sent to the service provider.

2.  Receive tool and maintenance report

  • Responsibility: Quality Management Officer 

  • After the maintenance has been carried out, the tool will be sent back and received by ARTS Solutions GmbH. A test report is enclosed with the shipment, which is checked by the QMB.

3.  Release tool for use and document maintenance

  • Responsibility: Quality Management Officer 

  • If the maintenance has been carried out properly, the tool is released for further use. Furthermore, the maintenance is documented in the resource database.

4.  Schedule next maintenance

  • Responsibility: Quality Management Officer 

  • After successful maintenance, the next maintenance is scheduled in the equipment database.
