The on-boarding process represents the standard procedure for the instruction of new employees as well as the project-specific instruction of employees. It begins before the first work assignment at ARTS Solutions and at the customer. The end of this process is marked by the complete training of the employee.
The aim is to make a new employee or employees ready to work before a new project in addition to the ARTS Group's on-boarding process.
1. Instruct employee about quality management systems

The employees are introduced to the basics of the QM system of ARTS Solutions on the basis of the QM training and they are given access to the QM manual via odoo.

In the case of project-specific on-boarding, the relevant QM system of the customer is also conveyed and relevant information is made available.
2. Inform employee about compliance guideline

The employee is informed about the compliance guidelines of the ARTS Group and requested to read them. If necessary, questions will be answered in this regard.
3. Train employee in tool handling

The employees are presented with tools relevant to them (especially monitoring and measuring equipment). This particularly applies to odoo. This may include the customer's tools.
4. Show working place to the employee

The employee is shown his workplace. Special features are pointed out.
5. Conduct safety intructions with the employee

The safety briefing is carried out with the employee. In the project-related case, this can be supplemented by customer-specific requirements.

The implementation of the instruction is documented with the safety instruction form.
6. Hand over background material to the employee

The employee receives familiarization materials with regard to ARTS Solutions and his area of responsibility. Furthermore, there is a personal familiarization with the main tasks.

In the project-specific case, the employee is given the technical documentation as preparation and to support his work.
