The elements of the quality management system are based on the requirements of national and international standards, laws and regulations as well as well-known customer-specific quality management requirements.

The manual meets the requirements of

DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015


with special consideration of the international norms and regulations for the aviation, space travel, industry and defense in particular the


EN 9100: 2018 

B. Laws

In general, the QMS is based on the recommendations of the following laws:

  • Temporary Employment Act (AÜG)

  • General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)

  • Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG)

  • Youth Labor Protection Act (JArbSchG)

  • Occupational Safety Act (ASiG)

  • Regulation of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV regulation)

  • Third Book of the Social Code (SGB III)

  • Law on Limited Liability Companies (GmbHG)

  • Stock Corporation Act (AktG)

  • General collective agreement for temporary work (MTV BAP)

C. Standards

ARTS works or is based on the following standards:

  • Project management according to guidelines of the GPM (German Society for Project Management eV)

  • Risk management using the FMEA method with a process-oriented approach

  • Symbols according to BPMN standard
