The acronym ARTS originally means "aircraft related technical services". As a specialist in services in the aerospace sector, ARTS has been supporting manufacturers and suppliers for more than 17 years in making their processes more efficient. With a variety of different qualifications and perspectives, ARTS offers holistic solutions. We provide you with precise and efficient technical and personnel support in the manufacture, maintenance and repair as well as the operation of aircraft. 

The continuous success of the company is based on a high degree of professionalism in dealing with partners and customers as well as many years of industry experience, coupled with flexibility and reliability of all services. We operate with customer-specific projects and business project outsourcing for leading aircraft manufacturers and their suppliers. These areas are dealt with in the context of DIN EN 9100: 2018. 

A. Business areas

ARTS Solutions GmbH is part of the ARTS Group and one of the three subsidiaries of ARTS Holding SE. As the parent company, the latter only takes on the control function of the operating companies.  In addition to ARTS Solutions GmbH, there are two other subsidiaries, ARTS Experts GmbH and ARTS Process GmbH. The business area of ​​ARTS Solutions GmbH focuses on project-related services in which we deliver turnkey solutions to our customers. We support our customers with engineering services in production-related, production-related areas. This includes engineering services from the areas of manufacturing engineering, quality management and technical documentation. The services are primarily offered in the form of contracts for work and services.

B vision / mission / values

ARTS 'vision is to offer comprehensive expertise for companies in the aerospace industry. In order to be able to realize this vision, the best minds in the market work at ARTS. ARTS offers its expertise to our customers in the form of individual specialists, as complete project teams or as a turnkey solution. This means that ARTS is perceived by customers as a strategic partner. By adding expertise to the customer, the result is that solutions are offered that are superior to the competition.

In addition to the vision, the mission is another central element of strategy development. It forms the framework for action in which the company's principles for value creation are mapped. The mission of ARTS is to further develop the understanding of the role of the entire organization. A change from a personnel service provider, whose know-how is stored in the heads of individual employees, to a company with its own, specific knowledge is planned. ARTS enables its customers to achieve the best results in their projects. This is the understanding of the ARTS service mentality and is reflected in everything we do. ARTS knows the industry and its future needs. This enables ARTS to stand out from its competitors and to offer the customer added value,

The values ​​for the working world of the ARTS Group are based on a number of guiding values ​​that are important for the implementation of the vision. These include, among others:

C. Management manual

This manual describes the quality management system of ARTS Solutions GmbH. In this way, we provide all our interested parties with information on how the quality of our services and products is implemented and ensured.

This provides our employees with guidelines to support and motivate them in their endeavors to work in a quality-conscious manner.

Recognizing that a management system is alive and constantly having to orientate itself to new requirements, the purpose of the manual is to provide an appropriate description of the fundamentals of our current management system. It thus offers the starting point for the implementation, maintenance and further development of our management system.

The manual is only available digitally on the ARTS Solutions GmbH intranet. External parties with a justified interest are granted access to this manual via guest access, as a rule not to the described attachments and internal documents. 

D. Process-oriented approach

Concrete process goals are derived in accordance with the overarching goals that result from the planning process. Suitable specifications for process execution are defined within the process team (process descriptions, work instructions, etc.). The output of the processes is measured using suitable measurement parameters and compared with the target values.

The modeling guidelines regulate the details of the representation of the processes in BPMN.
