Purpose
The BPO realisation process describes the standard procedure for carrying out business process outsourcing activities. It begins with the completion of preparation. The end of this process is indicated by the completion of the BPO activity.
The objective is the customer-oriented application of business process outsourcing activities.
1. Conduct and control work steps
-
Responsibility: Project Manager
-
The processes that have been taken over are worked on continually, whereby the project manager assumes a control function over all tasks.
-
Together with the handling of the outsourced processes, an evaluation of the project's risks takes place at regular intervals. The basis for this is the risk analysis carried out during the tender preparation process.
2. Record work steps
-
Responsibility: Project Manager
-
The tasks performed are documented in a customer-specific manner (e.g. in the customer's ERP system).
-
In addition, in consultation with the customer, intermediate results are also communicated.
3. Conduct reworking
-
Responsibility: Project Manager
-
If the customer rejects individual work results, rework is carried out and likewise documented.
4. Contract expired
-
Responsibility: Project Manager
-
If the business process outsourcing contract expires, either a new assignment is made or the cooperation is terminated.
-
For any new assignment, the BPO process is carried out again, from the beginning.
