Process instruction, suggestion for improvement

purpose

The procedural instruction for improvement proposal represents the standard procedure for the documentation and evaluation of improvement proposals. It begins with an improvement potential which an employee recognizes. The end is marked by the documentation of the improvement proposal.

1. Uncover potential for improvement

  • Responsibility: Employee

  • Every employee is encouraged to uncover potential for improvement in their daily work.

2. Write down and forward suggestions for improvement

  • Responsibility: Employee

  • After discovering a potential for improvement, the form for improvement suggestion is filled out.

  • The completed form is given to the managing director.

3. Evaluate the suggestion for improvement

  • Responsibility: Management

  • The suggestion for improvement is evaluated and the benefit determined. If necessary, a conversation will take place with the employee.

  • A decision is made as to whether the proposal is accepted or rejected.

4. Document the suggestion for improvement

  • Responsibility: Management

  • All suggestions for improvement are documented in odoo in the error handling project . Accepted suggestions are then implemented.
