Diese sollen bei Fragen als schneller Support zur Hilfe stehen. Bei schwierigeren Fragestellungen, die durch die Key User nicht beantwortet werden können steht Anja U. als Digital Transformation Manager bzw. das Odoo-Systemhaus/manaTec zur Verfügung.

Key users from each department are designated for the first level of support. They should be able to answer questions quickly. For more difficult questions that cannot be answered by the key users, Anja U. is available as Digital Transformation Manager or the Odoo system house manaTec.
