purpose
The sales customer qualification process represents the standard process of customer qualification. It begins with the identified need for customer qualification within the scope of the sales process. The end of the process is marked by the completion of the joint appointment with the customer. The process is repeated until there is a specific project request or another prioritization by the customer.
The aim of customer qualification is to establish a relationship of trust between ARTS Solutions and the customer. Accordingly, customer care is provided by a single contact if possible.
1. Prepare appointment
-
Responsibility: Sales Manager
-
The customer appointment is being prepared. The opportunities with the company that have arisen up to this point in time are concretized and further starting points for cooperation are defined.
2. Coordinate participants
-
Responsibility: Sales Manager
-
An appointment with the customer and possibly another participant on the part of ARTS Solutions will be arranged. The decision on the second participant on the part of ARTS Solutions is made on the basis of strategic, logistical or technical factors in cooperation with the customer.
3. Conduct appointment
-
Responsibility: Sales Manager
-
The joint appointment with the customer is carried out.
4. Record appointment
-
Responsibility: Sales Manager
-
The content of the conversation is documented in the CRM system (odoo) and prepared for further customer contact. In particular, the customer's soft requirements for cooperation are recorded.
5. Revise appointment
-
Responsibility: Sales Manager
-
The previously determined opportunities and risks are reassessed if the assessment changes and the entry in the CRM system (odoo) is added. The customer entry in odoo is used for this.
