At ARTS Solutions GmbH, employees are the central resource for providing high-quality services. Accordingly, the formation and maintenance of a top team is a central corporate strategy of ARTS:
The employees represent the main economic strength of a company. This strength is represented by 4 main points:

The management attaches great importance to the equal expression of all four principles. The necessary action requirements are derived from this.
The aim of ARTS is to form a team that has the qualifications required to carry out the tasks. In addition, the development of employees in technical and social terms is a central concern.
Infrastructure
The aim is to describe all necessary measures for the determination and provision of the equipment required for the quality-oriented fulfillment of the work tasks. The stipulations apply to the entire company.
This point includes all functions that are related to the implementation of structural measures, e.g.:

Building infrastructure (work, office and storage rooms including break rooms and sanitary facilities),

Vehicle parking spaces.
The work safety officer assesses the customer's workplaces.
The management ensures that good spatial and infrastructural possibilities are available to ensure smooth operations.

The factory equipment corresponds to the current requirements of the company. Necessary changes and additions that are proposed by the employees are taken into account in the company's investment planning after the relevance assessment by the managing directors
Process environment
ARTS continuously determines the requirements of the working environment in order to provide and maintain the conditions for maintaining product and process conformity. Because a properly designed work environment has a positive influence on the motivation and performance of employees, which thus contribute to customer satisfaction and the company's success.

Monitoring and measurement resources
At ARTS Solutions GmbH, resources for monitoring and measurement include only the "classic" monitoring and measuring equipment. Documents and qualified inspection personnel are provided by the customer and regulated within the framework of his QM system.
The receipt of new monitoring and measuring equipment is regulated via the incoming goods department in the purchasing process . All monitoring and measuring equipment is documented in the equipment database in odoo.
The employees are trained in the relevant monitoring and measuring equipment as part of the project-based on-boarding ( on-boarding process ). The operating instructions are enclosed with the corresponding tools and are always available to employees when they are in use.
The maintenance of test-relevant tools as well as the treatment of defective test equipment is carried out using the maintenance process and is described in the associated procedural instructions in the odoo. Test reports are archived according to the documented information guideline.
Knowledge of the organization
Knowledge is an important asset in our organization. Our company management is aware that operational knowledge must be constantly expanded and secured.

B. Competence
Depending on the area of application, the requirement profile for a function is specified in the respective job or function description. This ensures that the respective function is only carried out by appropriately qualified personnel (trained and trained). When recruiting new employees or training existing employees, reference must be made to the requirement profile outlined in the job or function description according to customer requirements or personnel files. In the training process, the process of continuing education and training for employees over the course of the year is described in more detail.
Determination of needs
The basis for personnel development and further training planning is the survey of the competencies (skills and experience) of the employees as well as the planning of further training needs based on the regularly conducted employee interviews and customer requirements.
Action planning
Personnel planning in the company is carried out by the management in accordance with the order situation and planned expansion measures. The measures for personnel development and further training as well as personnel advertising and recruitment are planned and implemented by those responsible in close cooperation with the management.
execution
The further training needs identified are covered by carrying out appropriate internal or external training courses. Employees who are new to the company or who take on another task are trained through professional instruction or support. The technical supervisor is responsible for carrying out these activities.

Effectiveness check
In order to ensure the quality in the training and further education of our employees, we proceed according to clearly defined criteria when commissioning partners.
In addition, after further training measures have been carried out, their quality and effectiveness are specifically checked in the form of feedback surveys.
The success of the training is determined and documented in employee interviews by a manager.
C. Communication
Communication with external bodies (customers, authorities, offices, etc.) is carried out by the management and commissioned employees of the company in the relevant area of responsibility.
The company policy is available to the public (notice board). The quality management manual will be sent to interested parties on request.

In terms of process management, evaluation and further improvement, management and employee discussions as well as internal training courses take place continuously or depending on the situation.
The timely compliance with all quality-relevant discussions is controlled by the QM annual plan.
