 If you want to work with Odoo at home or on the road, here is a short guide:
1. download the "Google Authenticator" app from the Playstore or App Store

2. Use „Scan a Barcode” 

3. scan the barcode in your settings in Odoo

(computer must be in ARTS network, ARTS WLan or ARTS VPN)

4. when logging in to Odoo (outside an ARTS network), the code from the app is entered in the field provided in addition to the actual Odoo password.

Attention: Code changes every half minute

5. if you use the app:

When you log in to the odoo app, the code from the app is appended to the password in addition to the actual odoo password

Falls ihr von unterwegs oder Zuhause mit Odoo arbeiten möchtet, hier eine kurze Anleitung:

1. Im Playstore oder App Store die App „Google Authenticator“ herunterladen

2. „Barcode Scannen wählen“

3. Im Odoo in deinen Einstellungen Barcode abscannen

(Rechner muss im ARTS Netzwerk, ARTS WLan oder ARTS VPN sein)

4. Bei der Anmeldung im Odoo (außerhalb eines ARTS-Netzwerkes), wird zusätzlich zum eigentlichen Odoo-Passwort, der Code aus der App in das dafür vorgesehene Feld eingetragen.

5. Falls Ihr die App nutzt:

Bei der Anmeldung in der Odoo-App wird, zusätzlich zum eigentlichen Odoo Passwort, der Code aus der App hinten an das Passwort angehängt
