Die Hilfestellung soll zur Kommunikation der vorgegebenen Punkte dienen.
Target of the instruction:
- avoiding accidents
- maintaining the health of our employees
- informing new colleagues with operational conditions regarding occupational safety and health protection
- familiarizing companies and colleagues
- motivation of employees to maintaining health and safety at work
- legal certainty in case of an accident at work
→ job-related instruction takes place in the costumer company
Instructions on:
Potential hazards at the workplace:
- by separate instruction in the customer company → depending on the job
Operation of the machines and plants:
- external check before commissioning (electric wire, safety devices like emergency switch, light barriers available)
- follow the instructionsg
- introducing into mechanical operation
- follow the signs or clarifying the meaning if necessary
- remedying/eliminating/reporting of defects, for example broken cables
- wearing protective equipment (if necessary) or other safety precautions, like tighten the hair or place too large pieces of clothing

Using the tools:
- only appropriate use
- clarifying the operation if necessary

Dangers associated with working and hazardous substances:
- observe safety instructions and warning signs or clarifying the meaning if necessary
- wearing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- observe operating instructions and agreements (for the prevention of accidents, all employees have the duty to cooperate)

Order and cleanliness in the workplace:

Behavior in the case of accidents, fires and damage:
Accidents:
- speak to the injured person + initiate necessary first aid measure (save person from the danger area, create recovery position, ventilation, pressure bandage, etc.)
- call the ambulance service: W-Questions: Where/Who/What/ What injuries / Who is reporting the accident
- help with your best knowledge and conscience
- helpers are not liable for possible errors → Helpers are legally insured against accident

Fires:
- for small fires attempt to put out the fire if you dare to
- call the fire department
- warn people around and take helpless people with you
- close windows and doors
- use escape routes → DO NOT USE ELEVATORS!
- go to the assembly point → separate instruction by the costumer company

Behaviour in the case of defects in the work safety:
- reporting defects immediately to the manager
Behavior in case of defects of work safety or the fire protection:
- report the damage immediately to your supervisor or fix it yourself if possible
Escape routes and emergency exits:
- always keep free escape routes, emergency exits and first-aid facilities
- ask for an introduction for unknown symbols

Documentation of first aid measures:
- injuries and first aid measures must be recorded in the accident book
Next stretcher:

Other ways of fire and damage message:
- by telephone
- by firebox → break glass, push the button (Emergency is called)
Fire extinguisher:
- show where to find it
- make sure that the fire extinguisher is always free
- using the right fire extinguisher for different causes of fire à Attention for the fire classes

Alcohol and drugs are forbidden:
- do not undervalue the residual alcohol
- Employees under alcohol and / or drugs endanger themselves and their colleagues!
- the effects of drugs are incalculable (and can persist for days)
- prevent accidents
No use of medical products which could influence the perception:
- for example: use of painkillers, etc.
- travel, control or monitoring activities should not be affected à seek advice of the family doctor or company doctor
Secrecy towards strangers:
- no transfer of company-internal data to third parties → Confidentiality agreement – Compliance Guideline
To lift and to carry:
- using of tools (lifting cart, hand track, roll container)
- lift heavy loads as a pair
- pay attention of a straight back
- lift loads close to your body and never wear on one side, better go twice if necessary
→ go in for sports to compensate, take breaks and comply
